Job Description

Position: BDE / Senior BDE
Location: Ahmedabad (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through online research, networking, and outreach activities.
Identify and target potential clients based on industry and service needs.
Initiate communication and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase our services.
Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and help close deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Track competitor activities and share insights with the team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Support marketing teams in executing lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT or digital services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
