HR Executive

Actively hiring for HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. Immediate joiners preferred.

We're Hiring – HR Executive (On-site, Coimbatore)

Location: Coimbatore (On-site only)

Gender: Male / Female candidates

Experience: 1-3 years (Exposure to both recruitment & operations) (Note: Internship experience will not be considered for eligibility)

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: -Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house and client requirements

-Manage client hiring: requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups

-Execute campus hiring and act as Placement Coordinator, managing student placements and corporate tie-ups

-Coordinate between candidates, colleges, and hiring organizations-Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals

-Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

-Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, joining formalities, and maintain placement records, reports, and documentation.

HR Operations:

-Support performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisals

-Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture

-Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees

-Maintain employee records and HR documentation

-Support HR policies and day-to-day HR administrative activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-BBM/MBA (HR) preferred.

-Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Proficiency in MS Office and job portals
