The role is for India's leading Car rental & logistics company:


Role Overview

Sales Head position responsible for leading and scaling sales operations, building high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Forecast revenue targets and ensure the achievement of business goals
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple regions
  • Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the sales force
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews
  • Foster strong relationships with key B2B clients, corporate accounts, and partners
  • Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Identify and develop new business channels, including online platforms and strategic alliances
  • Drive expansion into new markets and territories
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional and lead generation campaigns
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and ROI
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and plans
  • Present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 to 8 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the car rental or automotive industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Mandatory Requirements
