About the Company As the 3PL Key Account Manager , you will be the face of Rapido for our strategic 3PL clients. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving performance metrics, building client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of SLAs. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking, people management, and operational execution. Understanding & the knowledge of the logistics becomes very important for this role, as one has to drive both demand and supply. About the Role As the 3PL Key Account Manager, you will be the face of Rapido for our strategic 3PL clients. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving performance metrics, building client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of SLAs. Responsibilities Client Relationship & Account Management Act as the single point of contact for assigned 3PL accounts. Develop deep relationships with client stakeholders and understand their evolving logistics needs. Ensure regular business reviews, reporting, and proactive problem solving. Operations Management Own the end-to-end delivery experience – from order inflow to successful delivery. Coordinate with ground teams, city leads, and central ops to ensure operational excellence. Identify and close operational gaps through SOPs, tech improvements, or on-ground fixes. Performance & P&L Ownership Drive key performance metrics: success rate, cost per order, fulfillment rate, etc. Manage profitability of accounts and identify cost optimization opportunities. Collaborate with finance and analytics to drive reporting and planning. Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal stakeholders: Product, Tech, City Operations, and Support teams. Ensure alignment between client expectations and Rapido’s service delivery. Qualifications 2-3 years overall experience MBA Preferred Required Skills Excellent project and people management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical bent of mind and data-backed decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines Passionate, result-oriented with a strong bias for action Leadership skills are required to drive the team.
