Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving the sales and operations of key accounts in the APAC region . The Key Accounts Manager is accountable for, Strategic Accountability Able to constantly meet the customer requirements and enhance the customer experience while working with Nutraconnect Operational Accountability Ensure the effective selection, onboarding and management of distribution partner for the customers Closely work with distribution partners to build and implement the regulatory, market entry, marquee brand strategy for key customer Manage the day-to-day business of the customers/marquee brands by acting as a effective link between the customers and the distribution partners. Sales management Accountability Manage the samples, documentation, deliveries etc between the customers and the distribution partners/Marquee brands. Achieve the annual sales objective for the customers Monthly connect with distribution partners to understand progress and communicate the same on an ongoing basis to customers Qualifications Education: MBA marketing/sales Experience: 5 -10 years of experience nutraceutical ingredient sales experience in APAC/Global markets Skills & Competencies: Nutraceutical market knowledge Customer centric and able to build strong relationships Disciplined and organized Business Development – Value selling Self driven to learn and constantly update his knowledge about products, science, markets and customers Result driven with a high desire to growth his/her career
