Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with our most valuable clients within the fintech industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing and growing complex accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, strong business acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of high-value fintech clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactively address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on account performance.
