We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head who will be responsible for driving corporate empanelments and managing overall sales strategy for Pune city. Key Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives in Pune with a focus on securing corporate empanelments . Identify, approach, and build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and senior management in target companies. Develop and execute city-level sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients across industries. Represent White Rock Legal at networking events, business forums, and corporate meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to design customized legal solutions for corporate clients. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide strategic inputs for business growth. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and ensure achievement of revenue goals. Key Requirements Graduate/MBA with 8+ years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or institutional sales (preferably from legal services, BFSI, consulting, or professional services sector). Strong network of corporate decision-makers in Pune. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. Strategic thinker with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Leadership qualities to build and manage a high-performing sales team in the future.
