Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives in Pune with a focus on securing 

  corporate empanelments

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and senior management in target companies.
• Develop and execute city-level sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients across industries.
• Represent White Rock Legal at networking events, business forums, and corporate meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized legal solutions for corporate clients.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide strategic inputs for business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/MBA with 

  8+ years of proven experience

   in corporate sales, business development, or institutional sales (preferably from legal services, BFSI, consulting, or professional services sector).
• Strong network of corporate decision-makers in Pune.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Leadership qualities to build and manage a high-performing sales team in the future.
