🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Head – Electronic Components & Semiconductors 📍 Location: Ichalkaranji-Kolhapur We at THE SAC SEMICONDUCTORS are looking for an experienced Sales Head who has a proven background in working with Authorized Distributors of Electronic Components & Semiconductors . 🔹 Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within authorized distribution of semiconductors / electronic components. Strong knowledge of the distribution ecosystem , customer network, and product lines. Ability to lead and manage a team of 10 Business Development Executives . Expertise in building sales pipelines, negotiating with OEMs/EMS customers, and expanding revenue streams . Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. 🔹 Responsibilities: Drive sales growth using company resources and personal network. Manage, mentor, and monitor a team of 10 BD Executives to achieve set targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for semiconductor and component distribution. Build relationships with OEMs, EMS, and channel partners across India and overseas.
