Head of Sales

We’re Hiring: Sales Head – Electronic Components & Semiconductors

📍 Location: Ichalkaranji-Kolhapur

THE SAC SEMICONDUCTORS

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Minimum 

  5+ years of experience

   in sales leadership within 

  authorized distribution

   of semiconductors / electronic components.
• Strong knowledge of the 

  distribution ecosystem

  , customer network, and product lines.
• Ability to 

  lead and manage a team of 10 Business Development Executives

  .
• Expertise in 

  building sales pipelines, negotiating with OEMs/EMS customers, and expanding revenue streams

  .
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth using company resources and personal network.
• Manage, mentor, and monitor a 

  team of 10 BD Executives

   to achieve set targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for semiconductor and component distribution.
• Build relationships with 

  OEMs, EMS, and channel partners

   across India and overseas.
• Work closely with management on 

  monthly sales targets, reporting, and forecasting

  .
