Our client is a new-age real estate development and advisory firm that offers a holistic, 360° approach to real estate, delivering landmark residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across key urban cities such as Mumbai and Pune.

Responsibilities

  • Drive

    direct sales of

    to HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with

    channel partners

    , brokers, and wealth managers to ensure steady pipeline.
  • Develop deep understanding of client needs and offer personalised property solutions.
  • Represent the brand with sophistication and discretion in line with the expectations
  • Manage site visits, negotiation, deal closures, and post-sales client engagement.
  • Lead the sales teams for all projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 10+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
