Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales leader to drive commercial strata sales across key metro cities. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing high-value transactions, building relationships with institutional and HNI investors, and scaling revenue in the commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and execution for commercial strata portfolio across assigned region.
• Drive business development by identifying, engaging, and converting institutional investors, family offices, and HNIs.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including deal structuring, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure strong positioning and lead generation.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to management.
• Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and networking platforms.

Candidate Profile

• 12–18 years of experience in

  commercial real estate sales (preferably strata / office / retail assets)

  .
• Strong network with institutional clients, investors, and UHNI buyers.
• Proven track record of achieving large-ticket sales closures in commercial real estate.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
