The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing account management. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales growth, conducting market analysis, managing key accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential and collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal performance and goal alignment. Qualifications Analytical Skills to conduct market analysis and sales performance evaluation Experience in Account Management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to meet and exceed targets Team Management skills involving mentoring, coaching, and leading a team to success Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in the tobacco or related industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
