As a Family Managed SME Industrial Distributor specializing in the Sale of Spinning Accessories, headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Head of Sales (Textile Spinning Accessories) to oversee our sales operations in South India. The ideal candidate should possess a wealth of experience in sales management within the spinning mill industry and a track record of surpassing ambitious sales objectives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, leading a high-performing team, and managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the division. Your primary focus will be on driving our company's growth by utilizing your industry knowledge and extensive network to expand our market presence and introduce innovative products. Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Formulate and implement robust sales strategies to exceed annual sales targets exceeding 40 Crores. - Utilize your extensive network to engage decision-makers in spinning mills across South India and drive business growth. - Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure long-term partnerships. Leadership & Team Management: - Establish and mentor a top-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability. - Develop and execute expansion strategies, including the successful introduction of new products. Operational & Financial Management: - Assume full responsibility for the Profit & Loss of the Textile Accessories division, showcasing financial acumen and strategic planning. - Provide expert advice and solutions to clients based on your in-depth understanding of spinning mill operations. Field Engagement: - Lead from the front by actively engaging with clients and supporting the sales team through regular field visits (minimum 15 days per month). Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: At least 15 years of experience in a senior sales position, specifically in selling textile accessories or capital equipment to spinning mills in South India. Network: Extensive personal contacts with key decision-makers in spinning mills (Promoters, Directors, senior management) in the region. Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing an annual sales turnover exceeding 30 Crores. Technical Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of spinning mill operations, especially in critical components like Drafting Systems or Card wires. Leadership Qualities: Proven ability in team building, strategic planning, and driving independent business growth. Personal Attributes: Dynamic, hands-on, and energetic sales leader. Languages: Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is essential to effectively communicate with stakeholders.,
