Head of Sales

As the Head of Sales, you will be a senior leader responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and achieving targets. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. You will need to identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, set sales goals, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and create and manage sales budgets and forecasts. In terms of team leadership and management, you will be required to lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training sales representatives, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance, and managing sales operations and processes effectively. Your role will also involve driving sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners will be crucial. You will need to monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and analyze sales data and reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
