As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the visual identity of our brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee the sales and business development functions to achieve growth targets across assigned regions and verticals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to strengthen the company’s position in the market.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team by providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product, and Operations—to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and consultants to enhance brand trust and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to promote brand visibility and partnerships.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand values in all sales activities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Required 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, only within the elevator industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data-driven sales planning.
