Victora Lifts is a leading company in the elevator industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the visual identity of our brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the elevator and AMC segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, and facility management companies.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical and maintenance teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine business strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and performance reports to management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and consistent follow-ups.
  • Represent Victora Lifts at client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in the elevator industry, preferably in business development or AMC sales.
  • Strong understanding of elevator systems, maintenance contracts, and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.


Salary & Benefits:


  • Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skillset).
