Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Business Development Manager to drive sales and build long-term client relationships in the home furnishing and interior solutions space
This role involves working closely with showroom walk-ins, company-generated leads, and field visits to understand customer needs and convert them into successful business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert leads provided by the company through effective customer engagement Interact with customers at showrooms as well as at client locations to understand their requirements Suggest suitable home furnishing solutions based on design preferences, budget, and practical needs Guide customers in selecting the right products, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality Develop strong relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, and other industry contacts Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and market outreach Coordinate with showroom and support teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a regular basis
Desired Candi Profile
A smart, confident, and presentable professional with strong communication skills Good experience in handling clients, negotiations, and closing deals Sound knowledge of home furnishing products such as curtains, blinds, upholstery, wallpapers, rugs, and related d cor items Prior exposure to home furnishing or interior design projects will be a strong advantage Candi with an interior design background and a good sense of aesthetics are preferred Comfortable with field visits and well-connected within the local market Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and interpret individual tastes
Qualification
Graduate or equivalent qualification Interior design certification or background is preferred but not mandatory
