We are expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager who brings experience from a digital marketing agency. If you have a strong background in digital marketing sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for growing businesses, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead generation & prospecting

  : Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and attending industry events

• Client relationship management

  : Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to help them achieve their marketing goals

• Strategic insights

  : Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies

• Sales presentations & proposals

  : Create and present compelling sales pitches that convert prospects into clients

• Collaborate with teams

  : Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to design campaigns that generate qualified leads

• Sales performance

  : Track and analyze sales metrics, continuously improving performance based on data-driven insights

• Contract negotiations & deal closure

  : Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets

• Team leadership

  : Guide and motivate the business development team to meet targets and ensure high productivity

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in business development within the digital marketing industry

   (Mandatory)
• In-depth knowledge of 

  SEO

  , 

  PPC

  , 

  social media marketing

  , and 

  content marketing

• Proven track record of 

  driving sales

   and meeting revenue targets in a 

  digital marketing agency environment

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
• Proficiency with 

  CRM tools

   and 

  Microsoft Office Suite

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth
