📢 We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive 📍 Location: Bhubaneswar 🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years 📧 Email your CV to: career@thetechnovate.com 🔍 Key Responsibilities: 📊 Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc. 💻 Monitor campaign performance and KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. 🎯 Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages. 🔍 Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and others to track performance. 🧠 Work closely with the creative/content team to generate effective ad copies and visual content. 🛍️ Drive targeted traffic for lead generation, app installs, or eCommerce sales (depending on business type). 🧾 Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: 👨‍🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 📈 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing roles. ⚙️ Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) 🧮 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Studio. 🕵️ Up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and automation tools. 💬 Good communication & coordination skills. 🌟 Preferred: 🔧 Experience with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. 🎓 Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus Show more Show less
