We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can support our digital marketing and paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp. This role requires someone hands-on, curious, and comfortable managing multiple tasks, including experimenting with AI tools to speed up and improve execution.

If you enjoy running ads, analyzing numbers, testing ideas, and learning quickly, this role will give you real ownership and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn campaigns

Execute Email, WhatsApp, and remarketing campaigns

Daily monitoring of campaign performance (CPL, CTR, CPA, conversions, ROAS)

Create basic performance dashboards and weekly reports

Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva AI, Runway, etc.) for:

audience research

ad copy & variations

data summaries

automation and workflow improvements

Coordinate with design & content teams for campaign assets

Manage audience lists, CRM entries, and nurturing workflows

What We’re Looking For

0.6–1 year of experience in performance or digital marketing execution

Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic analytics

Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

Curious about growth marketing, funnels, and running experiments

Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn by doing

Able to execute tasks quickly, take feedback, and improve continuously

Interest in learning and using AI tools regularly for productivity and creativity
