Performance Marketing Executive

The Performance Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and scaling multi-channel paid marketing campaigns to meet acquisition, revenue, and ROI goals. The role requires deep expertise in media buying, analytics, campaign optimization, creative strategy, landing page effectiveness, and customer journey mapping.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and at least one additional channel.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Mix panel, etc.).
• Strong data interpretation and quantitative decision-making ability.
• Experience with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimize, etc.).
• Understanding of customer segmentation, attribution, and funnel strategy.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, D2C, or B2B demand generation.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Sales force).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, landing page builders, or no-code tools.

• Real estate industry experience will be considered a strong plus.
