Job Description: Performance Marketer Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Performance Marketer with 1 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with a focus on lead generation and eCommerce campaigns. You will play a key role in driving conversions, optimizing performance, and supporting business growth across multiple digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).

2. Implement effective keyword strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting to drive performance.

3. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

4. Monitor and improve campaign KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate across both platforms.

5. Utilize Meta Pixel, CAPI, and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking and attribution.

6. Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other reporting tools to generate actionable insights.

7. A/B test ads, audiences, and landing pages to continuously optimize funnel performance.

8. Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to internal teams or clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven success in handling lead-gen and eCommerce focused campaigns.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and funnel-based campaign strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Agency background is preferred but not mandatory.- Excellent communication, reporting, and time-management skills.- Certification in Meta or Google platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
