Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media and performance marketing, with a strong ability to execute, optimize, and analyze digital campaigns. In this role, you will support the execution of performance marketing strategies across multiple channels and contribute directly to customer acquisition and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Search (SEM), Display, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing.
Support the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting to achieve KPIs.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Creative, Content, and Sales to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other paid channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.
