Head of Sales

Role Overview: As the Sales Head at Angle Belearn, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the global sales efforts of our rapidly expanding EdTech platform dedicated to providing personalized, one-to-one online tuition. Your strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and passion for personalized online education will be essential in achieving and exceeding global enrollment targets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Bsc, BTech or a related field. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales within the EdTech/Education industry. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales management or head position. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of the global online education market. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work flexible hours to manage a global sales team.
