Job Description

Role Overview: As the Sales Head at Angle Belearn, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving the global sales efforts of our rapidly expanding EdTech platform dedicated to providing personalized, one-to-one online tuition. Your strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and passion for personalized online education will be essential in achieving and exceeding global enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed global enrollment targets. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a global team of Admission Counselors. - Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members. - Oversee the use of CRM systems and other sales tools. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data. - Identify and explore new market opportunities for Angle Belearn's services. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. - Address escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Bsc, BTech or a related field. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales within the EdTech/Education industry. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales management or head position. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of the global online education market. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work flexible hours to manage a global sales team. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in selling online tutoring or personalized learning solutions. - Experience in international market expansion. - Fluency in multiple languages.
