Head of Sales

In this role as the Head of Sales, you will be a senior leader responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and achieving targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategy & Planning:** - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. - Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. - Set sales goals, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts. - **Team Leadership & Management:** - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals. - Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives. - Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance. - Manage sales operations and processes. - **Sales Execution & Performance:** - Drive sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. - Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze sales data and reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in a senior sales leadership role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
