Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales at Rohit Joshi Group, located in Pune. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and overseeing account management. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, analyzing sales data, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Head of Sales will also coordinate with other departments to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Effective Account Management skills
  • Team Management and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Real Estate experience is a must
