Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager located in Pune. The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, overseeing market research, managing budgets, and analyzing sales data. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new market opportunities, and developing promotional campaigns. Additionally, the manager will lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, ensuring the achievement of company goals and targets.

• Strong Sales and Marketing skills
• Experience in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Excellent Leadership and Team Management skills
• Proficiency in Budget Management and Financial Analysis
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology or telecommunication industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Real estate experience is a must
