Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur district for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager. The responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will play a key role in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and devising solutions that align with the company’s goals. The role also involves mentoring and leading the sales team to drive consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and marketing skills, including strategic planning, customer acquisition, and relationship management
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
• Experience with logistics, supply chain management, and knowledge of the coal or related industries
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in senior sales or marketing roles with successful track records
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and data management tools is an advantage
