Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager will also focus on expanding the company’s market presence and contributing to its growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in Sales and Marketing, along with a proven track record in achieving targets and driving revenue growth
• Skills in Business Development and Client Relationship Management to identify opportunities and foster strong partnerships
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning to identify trends and develop impactful sales and marketing strategies
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Relevant experience in coal trading, logistics, or a related industry is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
