Role Overview Sales Head at Deltoncontrol and Switchgear LLP, will drive sales growth, team leadership, and market expansion in various sectors. The role is accountable for performance, business development, and client/vendor relationship management across key verticals like OEMs, contractors, consultants, and industrial end users Key Responsibilities Design and execute sales strategies. Lead, mentor, and manage sales team to achieve sales targets. Expand business with new and existing clients, forging long term relationships with decision makers. Generate and manage sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline metrics. Negotiation, and closure for major contracts. Qualifications Dip. in Electrical Engineering or any technical graduate. 1012 years of sales experience in electrical switchgear, including team leadership. Strong technical understanding of electrical products, applications, and industry trends. Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.
