We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our PMS sales and distribution strategy. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AMC / PMS / AIF ecosystem , a strong network across wealth managers, IFAs, and private banking channels, and a proven ability to drive AUM growth through consultative sales. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales strategy, business development, and AUM growth for Marathon Trends PMS. Build and nurture relationships with wealth managers, family offices, distributors, and HNIs . Develop and execute strategic partnerships across distribution channels. Collaborate with the fund management and research teams to align client messaging with investment philosophy. Conduct client presentations, webinars, and thought-leadership sessions to communicate our Trend Following process effectively. Recruit and mentor a high-performing sales team as the business scales. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in PMS, wealth management, or mutual funds with a strong understanding of equity markets, investment products, and distribution networks. Proven track record of servicing B2B distributors with leadership and client acquisition in the HNI/UHNI segment. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
