Dharmic Homez is seeking a hardcore Closing Specialist a sales leader who lives to convert serious buyers into confirmed bookings. You'll handle qualified leads, build trust fast, and close deals with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings for premium residential projects.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end closing process from pitch to payment.
• Handle high-value clients with confidence and persuasive communication.
• Overcome objections and create urgency to finalize bookings.
• Mentor team members to improve their closing performance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven record of high-value real estate closures.
• Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and conversion skills.
• Confident, result-driven, and target-focused personality.
• Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales.
• Malayalam speaking professionals are preferred.
