We’re seeking an ambitious, confident, and luxury-driven Sales Manager who can connect with UHNI, HNI, and NRI clients, and has the charisma to sell not just property, but lifestyle and legacy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales for Kerala’s most prestigious boutique villas.
  • Engage and build trust with UHNI, HNI, and NRI clients.
  • Deliver an exquisite sales experience.
  • Negotiate and close high-value luxury deals with authority and discretion.
  • Anticipate client aspirations and tailor solutions to match their lifestyle.
  • Track market trends and elevate the positioning of our luxury offerings.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in luxury sales (real estate, automobiles, jewelry, hospitality, or premium products).
  • Strong network-building and client engagement skills with elite clientele.
  • Exceptional communication in English & Malayalam.
  • Deep sales instinct — the ability to influence, engage, and close.
