𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Head of Sales

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Coimbatore 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 to lead our sales team and drive growth across both on-campus and online courses. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and someone who can understand student needs, build relationships, and close sales effectively.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 1. Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.

 2. Develop and implement sales strategies for both offline (walk-in students) and online students.

 3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase enrollments.

 4. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.

 5. Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze metrics to optimize sales efforts.

 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies.

 7. Conduct training and mentoring sessions for the sales team to enhance their performance.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

 • Proven experience as a Sales Head / Sales Manager, preferably in education, coaching, or training institutes.

 • Experience 1-3 years.

 • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Tamil. Other regional languages are preferred.

 • Strong understanding of digital education products and market trends.

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 • Ability to lead a team, motivate them, and achieve sales targets.

 • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

 • Knowledge of online sales platforms and CRM tools is a plus.

 • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
