As the Head of Sales for Diamond Jewellery based in Jaipur, your role will involve leading the national sales team to achieve revenue growth and drive business development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading national sales to deliver revenue growth. - Driving business development, market expansion, and brand building. - Owning key accounts and ensuring overall sales profitability. - Collaborating with production and design teams on product and pricing strategy. - Developing data-driven sales plans, forecasts, and go-to-market strategies. - Recruiting, managing, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Proven experience in leadership and team management within the B2B sector. - Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to make decisive decisions. - Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet business needs. This is a full-time position requiring 10-15 years of experience in B2B Diamond Jewellery Sales, with luxury/premium products experience being a plus. B2B sales experience is mandatory for this role. Reporting directly to the MD/CEO, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and market presence for the company.
