Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end home interior projects, from initial client consultation to final handover. Collaborate with design teams, architects, vendors, and contractors to develop and execute project plans. Prepare project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and furnishings. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations. Handle vendor negotiations, contract management, and resource allocation. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA/Project Management Certification is a plus). 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the home interiors or construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and trends. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and legal compliances related to interior projects. Key Competencies: Excellent client management and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
