Job Summary: The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in our student acquisition process. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their parents, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process for our one-to-one online tuition programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Student Admissions: * Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, chat, or virtual meetings. * Conduct consultative sessions to understand students' academic needs, learning styles, and goals. * Clearly explain company's one-to-one online tuition programs, features, benefits, and pricing. * Guide prospective students and parents through the admission and enrollment process smoothly and efficiently. * Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential students. * Achieve and exceed individual and team admission targets. ● Communication & Relationship Building: * Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their parents. * Address queries and concerns effectively and provide accurate information. * Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication across all channels. ● Administrative & Reporting: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and admissions in the CRM system. * Provide regular reports on admission activities and progress towards targets. * Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students. ● Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the edtech sector or educational counseling. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify language(s) - e.g., English, Malayalam, Hindi]. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Empathetic and patient approach towards understanding student and parent needs. * Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. * Flexibility to work in shifts or accommodate varying schedules as per business needs.
