We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented On-Field Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team at ASIO. The representative will work through distributors and end users by facilitating the development of promotional programs, assisting in training the distributor's sales force, and promoting Asio's brands, services, and programs. The representative will aim to maximise conversions to the Asio range and maintain recurrent business while creating value sale propositions through loyalty. Sales and Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by prospecting and networking with healthcare professionals, including hospital administrators, Distributors, corporations and purchasing managers. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our products/services.
