Job Description

As a Sales Head at Angle Belearn, a leading global EdTech platform specializing in personalized, one-to-one online tuition, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts on a global scale. With a focus on strategic sales leadership, team management, sales operations optimization, customer relationship management, and market expansion, you will lead a high-performing team to achieve and exceed enrollment targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, analyzing market trends, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving the implementation of sales processes and best practices. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a global team of Admission Counselors, recruit and onboard new team members, and ensure a positive and collaborative team environment. In addition, you will oversee the use of CRM systems and sales tools, ensure accurate reporting of sales data, optimize the sales funnel, and collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads. You will also focus on customer relationship management, market expansion, and identifying new market opportunities for Angle Belearn's services. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 4+ years of sales experience in the EdTech/Education industry and 2+ years in a sales management or head position. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in selling online tutoring or personalized learning solutions, international market expansion, and fluency in multiple languages.
