We are looking for a SALES HEAD who can lead the Corporate & Institutional Sales at Sirohi. Our vision is to become a leading brand to source consciously made design-first hand made home decor and gifting products from India - TG: Global Retailers, Hospitality, FMCG Brands, Corporate Gifting, Home Decor Buyers Simply put, we need a charmer, hustler who does not take NO for an answer, has a solution oriented approach to scale and grow our B2B strategy. We are growing our B2B partners globally and would love to get a person who loves & believes in handmade products, who can lead strategies for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships on behalf of the company. A storyteller in the form of a sales person! You'll collaborate directly with our CEO (Gauri), to manage the existing relationships as well as activate & engage new partners. What you’ll be working on : You will be helping us in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for our expansion into wholesale and corporate sales with focus on the following sectors : FMCG, Large Mithai Shops, Hospitality, Corporates, Global Boutique retailers and luxury brand looking to source/partner from India (think #Prada #Kolhapuri) - we think there is a massive opportunity there Tap into corporates clients looking for CSR Gifting, Festive Gifting and General Client Giveaways In India & Internationally Strong understanding of our catalogue to help with product selection and pricing to B2B buyers. Identify emerging trends in the gifting industry and align offerings. Establish a sales team and work closely with them to close warm leads & while setting up processes to manage sales from lead generation to conversion Setting up a software or a platform to capture leads and track conversions like Apollo, Hubspot Set up focused B2B categories to tap into while exploring strategic partnerships with boutique brands, home and lifestyle stores in tier 1 cities for creating brand awareness Ensure excellent client servicing, maintain strong post sales relationship for repeat business Work with the product and marketing teams to customize solutions based on client needs. Provide market feedback on product trends, packaging innovations, and pricing. Set KPIs for sales team; set quarterly and annual targets and encourage solution-oriented selling and client-centric approach, still keeping the passion of taking craft and handmade to the world alive. Requirements 8-12 years working experience working closely with partners in a similar role (BD, sales, buying, sourcing etc), with 2-3 years of leadership role. Strong familiarity and networks in the global retail space, hospitality, corporate and events space Should have attended Indian or International trade shows and strong understanding of handmade products, pricing, MOQs Should be able to prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, therefore great with presentations and excel and communications skills Hard skills we love to see : Proven experience with partnerships or sales (deals, accounts, etc) Excel & numbers driven! Project management & cross-department communication. We aim to create a global brand backed by a strong social narrative of women empowerment and a circular economy where each product and person at Sirohi – has a strong story to tell. We are looking for The Creative Director who will lead the product design & creative design vision for SIROHI brand, blending artistry, functionality, and market trends to create compelling collections that embody our heritage and contemporary appeal. This role requires a leader who can guide a design team & craft master artisans to translate traditional craftsmanship into global handicraft functional products with strong sustainable values, that inspire global markets while staying true to our brand ethos. Our current focus for 3 years is to develop B2B and strategic partnerships with large retail, home and fashion brands in India and globally who are interested in handmade products. A key aspect of this role will be to lead the design strategy for in-house products for B2B partnerships and collaborate with large brands to develop relevant products for their collection launches. What you’ll be working on : Creative Direction & Design Define and implement the product creative vision and annual design strategy for the brand broken down by seasons/quarterly collections Manage a 3 people design, merchandising team to develop product collections Guide product development and sourcing strategies across categories (home décor, gifting solutions, woven furniture, etc.) Collaborate with design, merchandising team & master artisans to modernize traditional techniques while preserving authenticity. Ensure innovation in aesthetics, color palettes, material sourcing, and product finishing that are aligned with Sirohi’s brand image Brand Positioning & Customer Experience Uphold and evolve the brand’s creative identity across all channels (retail, exhibitions, digital) Partner with relevant agencies to develop Brand’s voice and languages for long term design development and offline presence Work closely with the marketing team to develop brand assets including postcards, posters, tags for brand visibility Create impactful visual merchandising concepts for exhibitions, trade fairs, and online platforms. Sourcing/Merchandising & Market Alignment Develop sourcing & merchandising strategies that align with both domestic and international market trends as part of the annual collection launches Curate product assortments that balance artistic integrity with commercial demand. Work closely with sales, retail, and e-commerce teams to optimize product presentation and storytelling Attention to detail and conduct R&D to Monitor competitor and global market activity to anticipate and influence consumer preferences. Qualifications & Experience Entrepreneurial and Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or related field. 10+ years’ experience in design direction and merchandising, with at least 5 in a leadership role. Proven success in working with handicrafts, fashion, home décor, or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of natural fibers, basketry craft and working with artisans on traditional weaving techniques, with ability to adapt them into innovative, contemporary product designs Strong knowledge of global design trends, merchandising strategies, product lifecycle, and retail dynamics. A genuine passion for sustainable practices and artisan-made products, with the ability to translate cultural traditions into commercially viable designs.
