Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Operational Oversight

·  Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines and ethical standards across the region.  

Market Development

·   Identify new business opportunities within the region through market analysis and competitor tracking.  

Business Strategy & Growth

·  Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to grow the Australian immigration practice.  

Manage the Various Branches sales generation & process

·  Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships and client segments (corporate, individual, education, etc.).  

·  Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and client needs to inform strategic planning.  

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

·  Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, migration agents, education consultants, relocation services and other referral sources.  

·  Oversee high-value client onboarding and end-to-end service strategy.  

·  Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Australian immigration pathways (skilled migration, employer sponsorships, business innovation streams, etc.).  

Team Leadership & Collaboration

·   Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team.  

·  Work cross-functionally with legal, marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and client service delivery.  

Performance & Reporting

·  Set KPIs and regularly report on business development performance, pipeline status and ROI.  

·  Manage budgets related to BD activities, events and campaigns 

 

Skills & Experience Required

·  Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Migration or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).  

·  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the immigration, legal or

international education sectors.  

·  Strong understanding of Australian immigration law and procedures (Registered Migration

Agent [MARA] is a plus).  

·  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.  

·  Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.  

·  Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.  

·  Experience working in a multi-cultural and international environment.  

 

Preferred:

·  Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).  

·  Exposure to global mobility, international education, consulting.  

·  Existing network within Australian immigration or education sectors.
