Deep understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market dynamics, including channel sales and distribution networks. Exceptional leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems and data reporting tools.
