Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managing both accounts and administration work.Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projectsCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, Whatsapp etc.)Responsible for closely monitoring outstanding fee details on daily basisResponsible for Maintaining &Updating Records of Purchases, Sales, Bank, Cash, Reconciliation, Taxes etc.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 1 Year Experience Administrative Assistant
