Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the

    entire sales lifecycle

    : lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, closure, and customer relationship management.
  • Develop new business opportunities and

    retain existing customers

    across defined categories and territories.
  • Plan, co-create, and implement the

    Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy

    ; regularly review and update execution plans.
  • Set

    measurable sales targets

    , build action plans, and drive proactive execution.
  • Identify customer

    pain points

    and position company solutions with a

    win-win approach

    .
  • Act as the

    primary communication point

    between the Co-Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, pipeline tracking, and reporting in

    CRM systems

  • Develop

    SOPs

    in collaboration with Regional Office and ensure compliance with systems and processes.
  • Execute cold calls, qualify leads, and build relationships with

    decision-makers and influencers

    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for

    samples, dispatches, and order execution

  • Maintain accurate

    sales records, email communications, and digital files

    .
  • Be open to

    extensive travel within India

    for customer meetings and trade shows.
