Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand B2B jewelry sales in international markets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor multiple CRM and sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, prepare sales reports, and present to management regularly.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Should be able to handle buyer visits to the factory and manage them effectively for generating new orders.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of bulk jewelry orders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with international buyers, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends and train the team.
• Organize and attend business meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to streamline processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience handling multiple teams.
• Excellent knowledge of

  international jewelry markets, bulk production, and client handling

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
