Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer Experience: 6 months to 2 years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: WFO Industry: Event Tech / Product Development Your Role As a Software Engineer , you’ll be instrumental in scaling and enhancing our technology infrastructure. You'll work across the full development stack to build innovative, performant, and reliable solutions that elevate the experience of both event organizers and attendees. Key Responsibilities Dive deep into our current tech stack and platform architecture to gain a thorough understanding. Deliver incremental improvements to enhance system performance and user experience . Redesign and rearchitect existing systems based on emerging tech trends and user feedback . Develop new features and systems aligned with business goals and core values. Conduct research to improve efficiency , scalability , and reliability of the platform. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges. Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces that perform seamlessly across devices. Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards through technical documentation .
