Job Description

💻 Position: Head – Information Technology (IT)

📍Location: Gurugram (Udyog Vihar Ph -2)

🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday

📌 Experience Required: 10+ years

Only candidates from Logistics, Transportation and Manufacturing Industry experience will be reached out.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable IT infrastructure to support business and operational requirements.
Design and implement software tools and digital systems that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Collaborate with business and operations teams to develop and deploy custom applications using the latest technologies.
Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to optimize cost and enhance profitability.
Evaluate and implement ERP, TMS, WMS, and other critical logistics platforms.
Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance standards are met across IT operations.
Lead vendor selection, IT procurement, and budget management for all tech initiatives.
Train and build a high-performing internal IT team and vendor network to scale technological innovation.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in cloud computing, logistics tech, AI, IoT, and software engineering.
Provide technology vision to take Logistics to the next level in terms of digital transformation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation technology preferred.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, AI/ML tools, and enterprise-grade applications.
Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.
Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
