Head of Information Technology

Role Overview: As the Head of IT at ProcDNA, you will be responsible for building and scaling the IT backbone of the organization. Your main role will involve defining and executing a forward-looking IT infrastructure roadmap that aligns with the company's growth and global business priorities. You will oversee core IT operations, lead infrastructure build-outs for new office locations, manage end-to-end helpdesk operations, and ensure IT security, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with a strong track record of building IT teams and infrastructure in high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute a forward-looking IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with organizational growth and global business priorities - Collaborate with global and regional leadership to assess current capabilities, prioritize initiatives, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions - Build and lead a lean, high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement - Oversee core IT operations including LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalls, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure - Ensure high availability, security, and performance of all infrastructure systems including backup, disaster recovery, failover, and endpoint monitoring - Lead end-to-end helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs - Implement protocols for access control, patching, encryption, endpoint protection, and incident response - Deliver periodic training and awareness programs to instill a culture of proactive cybersecurity across the organization Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including 4-5 years in leadership roles within mid-sized organizations - Deep technical expertise in Operating Systems, Networking, Cloud Platforms, and Security - Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices and tools - Experience in consulting or global capability center environments preferred,
