The positiondemands a leader with exceptional gravitas, foresight, and the ability to inspire and managediverse, multi-property teams within a dynamic and competitive hospitality landscape.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Organizational Development Define and lead the long-term HR strategy, ensuring full alignment with the Group’svision for expansion, guest experience, and brand positioning. Act as a trusted advisor on matters of organizational design, workforce planning, andhuman capital development. Lead organizational transformation initiatives including scaling for new propertyopenings, market entry strategies, and restructuring when required.Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Stewardship Oversee the acquisition of top-tier talent across all levels, ensuring every hirereinforces the Group’s luxury positioning and service culture. Establish long-term partnerships with global recruitment agencies, leading hotelschools, and industry networks to secure a steady pipeline of exceptional talent.Leadership Development & Learning Excellence Architect robust talent development programs that build the next generation ofleaders for the Group. Oversee management training initiatives, high-potential programs, and successionplanning for mission-critical roles. Create a culture of continuous learning, embedding service sophistication,innovation, and leadership agility across the organization.Performance, Culture & Engagement Implement a performance culture that rewards excellence, accountability, andinnovation. Establish transparent performance appraisal frameworks with measurable KPIs andleadership competencies. Leverage technology (HRMS) for efficiency, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Provide direct oversight of employee welfare programs including staffaccommodation, transport, and well-being initiatives.Candidate ProfileEducation & Credentials Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or OrganizationalDevelopment. Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent highly desirable.Experience
Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience. At least 5 years at the head-of-function level within luxury hospitality, premiumlifestyle, or high-growth service industries. Proven success in leading HR across multi-property, multi-city, or internationaloperations.Competencies & Attributes Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills. Strategic foresight with the ability to execute complex, multi-phase initiatives. Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality sector, including the nuances of high-touch guest service culture.
