Job Title: Head of Human Resources (Group HR Head)Department: Human Resources & Organizational DevelopmentReports to: Group CEO / Co-OwnerLocation: Corporate Office with occasional travel across all propertiesIndustry: Luxury Hospitality – High-End Restaurants, Boutique Hotels & Lifestyle VenuesPosition SummaryThe Head of Human Resources will serve as the custodian of the Group’s most valuableasset – its people. This is a senior leadership position that requires the ability to architectand execute world-class HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s ambitious visionof redefining luxury hospitality. The role goes beyond traditional HR functions, drivingorganizational culture, leadership excellence, and workforce transformation across aportfolio of high-end restaurants, boutique hotels, and clubs.As a strategic partner to the executive team, the HR Head will shape a people-first culturerooted in excellence, innovation, and uncompromising service standards. The positiondemands a leader with exceptional gravitas, foresight, and the ability to inspire and managediverse, multi-property teams within a dynamic and competitive hospitality landscape.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Organizational Development Define and lead the long-term HR strategy, ensuring full alignment with the Group’svision for expansion, guest experience, and brand positioning. Act as a trusted advisor on matters of organizational design, workforce planning, andhuman capital development. Lead organizational transformation initiatives including scaling for new propertyopenings, market entry strategies, and restructuring when required.Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Stewardship Oversee the acquisition of top-tier talent across all levels, ensuring every hirereinforces the Group’s luxury positioning and service culture. Establish long-term partnerships with global recruitment agencies, leading hotelschools, and industry networks to secure a steady pipeline of exceptional talent.Leadership Development & Learning Excellence Architect robust talent development programs that build the next generation ofleaders for the Group. Oversee management training initiatives, high-potential programs, and successionplanning for mission-critical roles. Create a culture of continuous learning, embedding service sophistication,innovation, and leadership agility across the organization.Performance, Culture & Engagement Implement a performance culture that rewards excellence, accountability, andinnovation. Establish transparent performance appraisal frameworks with measurable KPIs andleadership competencies. Cultivate a workplace culture that balances high-performance expectations withemployee well-being, inclusion, and engagement. Lead recognition and reward programs that reinforce the values of excellence,creativity, and guest-centricity.

Compensation, Benefits & Rewards

 Design and maintain competitive compensation strategies, aligning with both luxuryhospitality benchmarks and organizational objectives. Introduce innovative benefits, retention models, and performance-linked rewardsystems that drive loyalty and reduce attrition. Ensure seamless execution of payroll, compliance, and benefits administrationacross all entities.Governance, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with national labour laws andinternational hospitality standards. Serve as the Group’s steward for ethical conduct, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Lead the implementation of zero-tolerance frameworks for harassment,discrimination, or misconduct, including compliance with POSH guidelines. Maintain readiness for u audits and regulatory inspections with zero non-compliancefindings.Operational Excellence Oversee HR operations across multiple high-value assets, ensuring alignment andconsistency in policies, culture, and service standards. Leverage technology (HRMS) for efficiency, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Provide direct oversight of employee welfare programs including staffaccommodation, transport, and well-being initiatives.Candidate ProfileEducation & Credentials Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or OrganizationalDevelopment. Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent highly desirable.

Experience

 Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience. At least 5 years at the head-of-function level within luxury hospitality, premiumlifestyle, or high-growth service industries. Proven success in leading HR across multi-property, multi-city, or internationaloperations.Competencies & Attributes Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills. Strategic foresight with the ability to execute complex, multi-phase initiatives. Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality sector, including the nuances of high-touch guest service culture. Strong financial and analytical acumen to link HR outcomes to business performance. High emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire trust and loyalty at all levels.Key Success Metrics (KPIs) Employer Brand Index: Recognition as a top-tier hospitality employer. Workforce Stability: Reduction in attrition and improved retention of highperformers. Talent Pipeline: Bench strength for all critical leadership and service roles. Guest Experience Correlation: Direct linkage between employee engagement scoresand guest satisfaction ratings. Compliance: 100% adherence to legal, ethical, and brand standards.
